I hate to mix business into my pleasure time.

In the lunch-bunch, we have a standing rule - no business talk.
If you break the rule, you kick in $5 bucks extra for the tip.

You are correct. I do some work in the TC area. I mainly stick to Palm Beach and Broward waterfront and commercial though. I am always interested in new projects. :D

I've done business with a bunch of people here you just have to pay attention and know what people do, so when you need something you know who to refer too.

Lucky Strike's thread would inform you of that and is a good reference in itself.
