Would it not be beneficial to the population of OSO (members or not) to have the ability to pursue business opportunities through the OSO website. Obviously a large percentage of the people who frequent this site are successful in their professional lives and I would think that there is a ton of untapped opportunity passing under everyone’s nose on a daily basis. I think that a forum devoted specifically to this would be a plus. Thoughts?

I was thinking something along those lines but maybe as its own Forum. Without coming across as not caring about OSO Admin's workload, the idea seems that it could be accomplished with minimal pain. If I knew how to post a survey, I would love to see what everyone else thinks..........

I like the idea. I get sick of reading that whole thread when I need a contact.

This is exactly what I mean. I am a RE Developer in the Tampa area (Office/Wharehouse/Retail). I have a residential project in the Treasure Coast that I have been trying to make fly for several months. If I can raise the equity I need I'll move forward and in the process, be in need of a Realtor. I assume by your tag-line that you are one, no?
