nice work rob...

we're gonna start ours in the next year...just now starting to work with the consultants, surveyors and architects...

need to expand our 800sq/ft cottage! gonna ttry to triple it and add a pool and detached 2 car garage to the property...

Looks very nice, great job, did you have to do much of the work yourself. Where on Long Island do you live.

Sean, you need a 5000sqft garage just for all your boats.

The job was completed in about 6 months... I didn't do any of the work.
But I went to the site everyday just so I could keep the agita going.

The house is in Port Washington in an area called Flower Hill.
Its western Nassau County (LI) on the northshore... the old Gold Coast.

To give you an idea of house values, a year ago a friend of mine bought a house almost identical in size and layout of my original one(which we bought in 1997) but his was all 1950 original for 1.25mil. He did a renovation like mine, but more of a standard colonial. He just sold for $2.15.
All the homes are 1/2 acre.
