naked bolsters

anybody got any pics of there bolsters stripped down, like for reupholstry?? Im wanting to make a set this winter, have tubing bender stainless and a welder..just need to see what they look like under the skin.. thanks

McCleod builds for Formula, Sunsation, Baja and several others. Keep in mind the companies that do this for a living might not want to give these details away on the web for all (including the competition) to see.

You may have what you need ot take care of any framing, but you will find that the majority of the shape is derived from formed and cnc plastic materials. The foam will be another challenge. Then the upholstery. The majority of the boats that I have given new life have bolster structures of plastic or wood. If you are looking for basic, there are several producers out there, which may take the headache out of a total in house creation.
