HAPPY B DAY RATMAN, what site is it please I want to hear about the boat, anyone??

I talked to Rat about two weeks ago, and he was having some problems with his websites - said he needed to actually "work" to get things back in line. Might have put the boat on-hold for a little while.
I haven't seen that he's been hangin anywhere.
Probably been busy.
The question is..
is he allowed back here yet, or was this a lifetime ban??

ya it has been a couple of weeks since he posted in the other places....I was almost afraid to ask about if he is going to be allowed back or not..................
