By the time a couple more years go by, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale will be COMPLETELY unlivable!
You'll have to speak Spanish fluently, and deal drugs on the side to make enough money to afford the women, who are almost all only "for sale" now!
Think about the west coast; Nor-Tech! Even if Trond and Nils will have sold out by then (NOT starting any rumours LOL), they're still a high-quality shop.
