When APBA was putting a lot of effort into TV with Speed Vision Fountain was one of the only manufactures to really step up and pay for a TV add. I am positive this same senario is true with American Powerboat TV. These shows run off of advertiser money. Don't get pizzed off at American Powerboat TV or Fountain they are doing the correct thing to put on a show. You should get upset with the big manufactures with money that do not support a show like this.

I like watching American Powerboat TV. Boats on TV are always cool to me. I would have to agree to a point. I understand that Fountain puts alot of money into the show. But, between the Fountain ads during the commercial breaks and the Reggie Fountain interviews and commentary, it doesn't leave much room for anything else.

I'm no Reggie fan, frankly I can't stand him, but hey....I'm just happy that I can see powerboats on TV again. If ole Reginald's footin' the bill, then he deserves his airtime even if it's every episode.
