I at 70 would at least ditch the goldchain over a polo neck inside the neck. But thenagain everyone aren´t born with taste or seen enough gold (my dad and great grandfathers are all goldsmiths...) as for the hairdo..it has to be something as old guys comb their hair over the head while the young ones shave theirs...
Besides at 70 I prolly still can hit the boxing mits before my stomach touches the mit keeper..
