Re: Marina Fees
Last year I was quoted $500/month for Newport Beach (CA) rack storage with a 2 year waiting list. Ended up renting a 22x45 foot warehouse 15 minutes from the house for less.

1950.00 April 1 to Oct 31 unlimited in and out (travel lift) and a slip if I want it to leave it in overnight. When I am not using it I leave it on my trailer that I keep there. And the owner has a performance boat so its a lot of fun there close to everything.

Must be Rossford. I went to HS there. So did GlassDave, but he was a couple years before me.
I grew up at that Marina on my Dad's boats, then wound up having mine there for a few years before I moved away.
I loved the place.
They were always having festivals and things going on in the park.
There were many times I went down to the marina, and never even made it to my own boat. Wound up running into friends and just hanging out, grilling brats, and drinking beer.
Good, fun marina - and yeah, cheap for dockage, plus the protective seawall.
I miss the river.

Re: Marina Fees
I'm paying just under $10 per foot for my high and dry indoor storage. I think wet slips are going for about the same around here.
