From what I know about the Casino biz; owning them you don't need luck!!
My Dad's largest client is a private equity firm that is heavily invested in several Casino's in British Columbia and Alberta. I rented a small office from them in the mid nineties, so did learn a little about that biz, just being around their Casino people, etc....

I have learned a lot the last few weeks. Our biggest draw is a game called PIA GOW which is very big with the asians. We had to put the PIA GOW tables in a room by themselves on the 3rd floor do to the strange things the asians do while playing the game. First off all the players will play for 2 or 3 days straight. They will sleep in their chairs not to loose their "lucky spot". If they are winning and need to go to the mens room, they take their chips with them and pee on them for good luck. (yes, we have seperate chips for Pia Gow only which we sterilze all the time). We need to have Dragons on the walls for luck. Lions are a no no!! Much bad luck from Lions!! You can't sweep the floor or sweep the chips from the tables! Sweeping, sweeps away the good luck!!
