Default Dad's New House

Took these pics last weekend with me cell phone.

Getting ready to frame the first level.

He's building on 4 acres on Nomini Creek which is about a 10 minute ride to the Potomac River.

Click on the link and go to the 4th pic down. His property is the wooded peninsula across from the bridge to the left.

And of course he has his priorities straight

1) Dock
2) Boat Lift
3) 30x60 Garage
4) House

That's a nice sized 2 car garage as well. Are those poured walls or Superior Walls?

Yes, the white speck is his boat this past summer. They are poured walls.

I grew up boating down there. My grandparents had a house in the Glebe Harbor / Cabin Point community. They had 2 lots, 1 with the house and one vacant. Sold them both in 1986 for around $80K
I wish I had that place now!
