Full Wrap on the Eliminator 28 at Daytona
Hey guys, it's Kim at The Graphics Company, Eliminator 28.
Bob came to us with this project and asked us to do the almost full wrap on this boat using Darrell Waltrips Mountain Dew Graphics.
What a great project! Almost as exciting as Tanks project huh, Tank. And Yes the sponsons were a challenge. The boat turned out great!!!! We used 3m material with 3m lam.

DW did drive it
And for the record, we got the boat to do a 108 mph in Lake Lloyd. The boat accelarated like crazy.. the mid range was unbelievable...
Some of you may not know but Lake Llyod is about 3 football fields long by one football field wide. It is very tight. Driving a Cat in that kind of condition is a thrill and a rush. I put the 5 blades on and the boat barely bangin the revs... you have to back off the throttle little over half way. I put a pair of 26 pitch lab bravos and hit the revs at half lake but by that time the boat was already hitting a 100 mph.
I will be back to post some pictures.

Eliminator had their own tent set up at the race. They had two boats in the tent, a 28' and a 26' I think. Nice looking boats. It was good to see a powerboat company at the races.

The reason for all the above is that Eliminator Boats are the "Official Boat of NASCAR" I believe this is the second year of that relationship.
