A sticker was slapped on the side of an OTAM 55 in '99. The boat waas nice, but just another Euro-sport boat with a cool paint job. I think there is one here in Lauderdale. There are a few for sale over-seas.

Ahhh - not so fast, you would be amazed with the craftmanship coming out of, and companies going to Turkey right now for yacht construction! The Maltese Falcon is one amazing example.

So true! Most of the big yachts today are built in Europe or the far east.

Interesting. Also interesting is the unsafe operation of the boat with people laying on the bow holding on for dear life. Where's all the poker run safety Nazi's at? Or the "jeez they're not wearing a lifevest in the magazine photo" folks?

Excuse me, I'm just feeling a little sarcastic this morning because I'm not going to Miami....

i suppose i can say something now, I've known about this project for about a year or more, it is in fact quite real and will be pretty sick when it's delivered. It's also most defiantly not a rebadged anything. As for designed on a napkin, I didn't see the napkin, but i'm pretty sure i saw the first round of CAN drawings made from the napkin....

It was built in at a state-of-the-art yard that normally builds mega yachts, as such quality will be top notch. All the tooling was CNCed on a truly massive CNC machine and is as accurate as can be.

This thing will be sick! If you want details please contact me privately.

The idea was to biuld a yacht worthy of the cigarette name. As such it was to be biult to extremely high standards.

Politics be damned, this thing is a cig in and out. The yard was chosen purely based on the quality of the product they produce. Period.
