Miami like most major cities (booming tourism) most clubs are pretty standard expensive, stage dance/hands off!

Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto are 3 cities that spring to mind that are the exception to your statement.....

Toronto and the surrounding GTA (Mississauga) the Police do raid clubs on occasion, "good" places have been temporarily shut down. This causes some of the more "tourist" type establishments to become more U.S like!!!

Vancouver and Montreal you will not find better places for "sin" city fun in North America. After living or at least partying in those cities, America senior does get a little ruined!!!!
