Default Could an Apache catch this sailboat?

This for fun guys so don't get all worked up.

Could any offshore boat catch and hang with this sailboat (60ft) in this water... and how long till he passed you again.. I guess not all blowboats are ,,,,

Pretty badass if you ask me. I dont know much about sailing but these guys have to be on the same adrenilin level as were on.

I'm seeing a BIG difference (10ft) in swell size.

yeah that sailboat has to be going at least 30mph in ten foot seas a apache running 70-80 would never catch that...........

warpath would be in nassau from miami and have had dinner and on his way back waving to the blow boat.....

cool video though.....

Yeah but in the Apache video they mention that mechanical gremlins took the boat out of contention so they never made the finish line!

That was some insane blowboating though.

The boats probably cost about the same... and the fuel bill is most likely lower with the sailboat... maybe I'll change sports... I already have a 16 foot prindle sail cat.... am I loosing my mind?

I know this...Whenever I can't sleep again I am going to play that first video. I am also sorry, but to play "Danger Zone" in that second video just made me laugh...its like playing "highway to hell" during a chess match. To each their own though. I love the apache video though, that was bad azz!
