What is the best most economical way to ship parts(about 20lbs) overeas? Thanks

USPS normally provides the best rates. You can look up prices on their web site.

Label them samples , can lower the duty, another way is pack the smaller and use the postal service

Depends on where overseas? Europe USPS, most of Asia DHL is better.
