That's "H2Otoie"/Dan Ellis' boat. The story behind it is, he was at Lake Mead (I think) and came down to his boat late at night to find this! Snapped the picture and then asked what she was doing.....She was partying on the boat next door and a flip-flip flew into the boat. She was attempting to get it.
