I do not know for sure yet. I know it was not point 7. It was the cove into hwy 13 boat dock, or the houseboat cove. He was in shallow waterjust a few feet from the shore because it could not make a turn do to speed.

We go to court in a couple weeks, maybe he will get his insurance check and pay me the money he owes, so I dont have to repo the stuff out of his building and boat.
