The Velociraptor came apart because Joel stuffed the boat at about 90 MPH.There have been alot of other brands that have come apart,delaminated or what ever you want to call it.

mine is a 96 280 with way more power in it then it is supposed to have and i have beat the chit out of it with no problems and i can name about 10 more and they all have BIG power with no problems.sometimes a boat breaking is due to a dumb a s s driver

I have seen one here on the river whos' gel coat is very grey and getting greyer every year. It's not busted up though. I think it just needs a bath and a good compound and wax !
