Your actually in Grassy Key MM58 on the Ocean, it will have great views. The kids will like the Turtle hospital MM48.5, Hawks Cay at Duck Key MM61 will have glass botttom boat tours and wave runner rentals. Take everyone to Bahia Honda State park MM39 the other side of the 7 mile bridge, voted one of the best beaches in the US. Sombrero Beach may be more fun for the kids alot of play ground equipment, turn ocean side at Kmart MM50 keep going to the end.

Gotta stop by Robbies on Islamorada, they will sell you bait fish and they have these huge tarpon that come up to be fed-the kids will love it. The Hungry Tarpon next door makes a really good fried dolphin sandwich

Agree, Hawks Cay is awesome. And you can go just about anywhere in the keys where fish are being cleaned, grab a carcass and hand feed the tarpon. I just did it @ Hawks Cay while the Capt was cleaning our catch a few weeks ago.

I was there a month or so ago. No plans on closing Bruce the former owner sold it about a year and a half ago and Cay Clubs bought it as well as the rest of the town.
