I've heard they work, just make sure you keep the ice inside the bags. Otherwise you're gonna wake up a bit damp in the morning.

For 39 bucks, had to give it a try. Will let you know if it works just as soon as it gets above 50 degrees again. Dang it's cold.

trick is to fill old 2 liters and freeze em... last way longer than ice bags....
