Noise police are at the marinas, as long as you don't rev it up and draw attention to yourself, they leave you alone. I've never had a problem with dry pipes, just use 1 motor in the no wake zones. On the lake they won't bother you.

My only advice is to book any show you want to see before you leave home. Blue Man Group is cool and O is supposed to be the best show in town.

Rio is on the other side of I15, about a 10 minute walk to the strip max. Red Rock is way off the strip... There are some good "Adult" entertainment places right near the Rio.

Last time in Vegas I flew out for the Construction Expo with some guys from my company, got there around 10pm, went to a couple places, ended up at Cheetahs, and left there to meet up with the rest of my company for Breakfast @ 8am. Needless to say it was a great & $$$ night!

I don't know Bern, Vegas one weekend and A/C the next! Could be a very profitable or expensive two weeks!
