i was just checking out that webiste above...can someone explaine to me why an EMPTY case costs $610 but a COMPLETE upper assembly is $595???

I can only guess that a lot of dealers order packages and break them up. Saves the cost by a lot. I paid 2100 for the rh drive and 2300 for the counter complete last spring.

did you scare up a reverse motor from an inboard boat? take timing set, cam, ignition and starter from a standard rotation engine and turn it back into standard rotation. or put it back in a shaft boat. then hang onto reverse rot. parts cuz somebody will need them eventually. also, welcome aboard. it is better to start a new thread with your question than to revive a 6 year old thread where we gotta go thru 2 pages of old stuff to get to what u wanna know.
