I also seem to remember the DNR cops not likeing people giving the sea-cows fresh water like the kid looks to be doing in the last pic....
something about having them (the manatees) getting used to people....

Yeah I politey informed the folks on the dock ( Not part of the Poker Run participants) that "watering" the mantatees was a mere federal offense.
Hey we were just docked and having lunch. The manatees came in because they dig performance boats.

Thats why we fed them beer at Holiday Isle. Idont think the law mentions anything about alcohol
