Lake Winnebago Oshkosh Thunder Poker Run
#14
Rod,
I have a friend who has a place on the East side of the lake and he last told me that the lake was down 1.5 - 2'
. Has the recent rains helped raise it back up?

During the winter the Corps of Engineers draw the lake down about two feet to help avoid flooding from spring runoff and snowmelt. Now Winnebago might be down about 4 to 6 inches. What is wrong with supporting the prop and drive shops?

Just an FYI. Lake Winnebago is down about 1 foot, but this year's Oshkosh Thunder event will be run in water that is 7 or 8 feet minimum. Same course as last year - it will stay on Lake Winnebago, and not go up the Wolf River...
