That's only a couple hours from me. I already have three poker runs planned. Don't think I'd be able to squeeze in another. Bummer I'd really like to check it out. Maybe next year.

I have a friend who has a place on the East side of the lake and he last told me that the lake was down 1.5 - 2' . Has the recent rains helped raise it back up?

Were in, talked with quite a lot of people from the Chain that said their all going maybe 10 or12 boats in all.

Rick and Stevel we would be interested in hooking up with your caravan I have several boats leaving with us.

If the lake is truly 2 feet lower it could get pretty exciting. Bring some extra props!

Hopefully Friday morning. It depends on the weather. If is nice I hope to leave early otherwise, Friday afternoon.

During the winter the Corps of Engineers draw the lake down about two feet to help avoid flooding from spring runoff and snowmelt. Now Winnebago might be down about 4 to 6 inches. What is wrong with supporting the prop and drive shops?

Were not sure at this point, if the weather is nice will leave in the AM otherwise will later in the day.

Just an FYI. Lake Winnebago is down about 1 foot, but this year's Oshkosh Thunder event will be run in water that is 7 or 8 feet minimum. Same course as last year - it will stay on Lake Winnebago, and not go up the Wolf River...
