call John at www.snapincarpet.com

I got my carpet there. It looks and fits great. The only problem was when they inlaid my design the had to scab on another rubber backing. It actually cushions and hold the carpet down better so I didn't complain. They were also $200 cheaper!!

We've used Matworks with no issues at all. I'm sure they will fix the problem.

Let us know what happens.

djtalon 05-17-2007 09:44 AM

they are supposed to call me back

djtalon 05-17-2007 02:07 PM

They told me that the brochure that came with the template kit is decieving and the tan carpet looks grey but is really not. If i want a replacement i need to pay 50 percent of what i already paid to get a new one.

any ideas?

offshoredrillin 05-17-2007 02:16 PM

so thier print error is now your problem? did you write gray anywhere they would have read it?

djtalon 05-17-2007 02:23 PM

when they called about the embroidery i specified that "CARPET LIGHT GREY, LOGO BLACK" but that never happened

Von Bongo 05-17-2007 02:30 PM

How did you pay them? Credit card? Dispute the charge. They need to make it right.
