I did the whole cockpit template thing and the carpet looks great. Embroidery looks awsome; the only problem is i ordered light grey and i got tan??? I even spoke to them on the phone before they made it. I am gonna try and call them; am i stuck with it??

I gave them 5 templates and even sent them myold carpet.they couldn
t pour piss out of a boot if the directions where on the heel.

I got my carpet there. It looks and fits great. The only problem was when they inlaid my design the had to scab on another rubber backing. It actually cushions and hold the carpet down better so I didn't complain. They were also $200 cheaper!!

We've used Matworks with no issues at all. I'm sure they will fix the problem.
