We have been 106. Another customer just went 96 at 850 hp. He's turning up the boost and we'll see where it goes.

Of these boats, which will have the most cockpit room?

Probably a toss up between the Sunsation, AT, and Nordic. The Sunsation and Nordic have very round and curved lines to everything. The AT will be more squared off. The 28 AT has the walk rail around the outside which will cost you a slight bit of cockpit width, but the 28AT is 27' 10" WITHOUT the swim platform included in the length. This puts more hull in the water and a little more boat under you. (Bolt on swim platform is optional.) The Pantera, Cig, and Saber, and some models of the Checks also are sans swim platform. The Sunsation and the Nordic INCLUDE their swim platform in the length, as they are molded in fiberglass. The walk rail around the AT is priceless when it comes to maneuvering onto/off of the boat, and onto the bow. The AT is HANDS DOWN the DEEPEST freeboard boat out there in this category. You are definitely IN the boat, and not ON it. This lends to greater safety and security 'feel' for the wife and kids; if this is part of your decision criteria.

All of the boats mentioned in that post are great boats.

There are 2-28 ATs in the OSO classifieds with lots of pics, and there are more pics at www.activethunderboats.com . (The whole website is currently being rebuilt as well.)

Let me know if I can be of more assistance. I can get you pricing and specs on a new 28 AT in a matter of minutes, and you will be surprised at what you can get in such a package.
