I have never had a problem with Trick. Fred is probably the only supllier that I can say this about.

What I hate about suppliers is that they never send stuff out when they say they are going to. If you need something tomorrow and you pay extra for next day air. You place the order before 10am. The suppliers wait until 9pm that day to send out to UPS or whomever. that meand it really is going to take at least 2 days.

Yuo never see your money back. It isn't their fault, whatever.

I can offer this, when you are dealing with multiple specialized parts such as bezels it can turn into a mess quickly, your problem may not be with Fred but with the end vendor being backordered or sending him incorrect stock, not your problem I know. Just file it under chit happens, he will make it right dont worry.

I have a friend that has issues, but I don't think Fred could help with that.
