Well the season is here.... I will post our activity on the Lake here as far as I know them...

We had a great Memorial Day WE going all over the place over the three day week end.

This is all we took.... Hooked up with Doc John and eventually Jay in North Beach. Jay tried the Tiger and I thingk we moght get another Fountain to Cigarette convert.... TO quote someone I heard form.... " Pardon them for they do not know the error of there way!!!!" :D:D:D

Headed to Indian Bay for some wings and helped Todd get his rig going into the 100's after some work...

The season looks promising.

We spent the weekend at North Beach in the SeaRay. Didn't realize you were there untill we heard you leave...

After Friday's sunset departure I think I can safely say that Doc John has taken the "Can you hear me now?" title away from Neil.

We had a great time and are looking forward to a long summer of spectacular boating weather.:D

See ya on the water,
Frank

dirtycarr 05-29-2007 09:23 AM

Thanks for the test drive GL! :D The Cig is one solid boat. Had a great time cruising with you and Jermy!:evilb: I don't know if I've ever seen a boat shine as much as Todd's. How many coats of wax does that take?

Fun Run?

I heard rumor there may be a fun run this weekend on Lake Champlain, does anyone know if this is happening?

It was nice seeing you Peter. Your boat looks Great! Too bad for the weather I was looking forward to hanging out with you. We went down to Breakwaters. Got there covered the boat, ordered and it started down pooring with lighting. After the storm we cruised over to a friend's in Plattsburgh and then ended up staying on a mooring off of Stave Island for the night. I've put about 25hrs on so far this season. Hope to see you out there some more.

We had a few pops, and didnt want to stay too long with the way the sky was looking. Got to the slip and what a downpour it was. Then the lightning was all over the place. We heard you go by and went to see who it was. Boat sounds great Jay.

Kanookstr 06-04-2007 12:54 PM

Will be up for the usual 2 weeks starting 7/28/07. And some weekends in between.

Thanks! I actually had a guy at the marina give me a hard time about the sound. He tried to tell me that I shouldn't be running the boat past 7 at night and if I was in N.Y. he would be able to hear me and how no one wanted to hear that noise. That wound me right up! I was pissed! I love the sound and know plenty of people that love it too! I always use my silent choice way before I even get close to the marina and always try to be very respectful.

Get use to it.

Even if you don't run the engines those boats are too loud for some people... Always the same bunch too

Everyone else in the marina seems to love it! and are very helpful if I need anything from tool's to just help docking. I really enjoy keeping the boat there it so nice being able to hop on it and go!:D

waterheater 06-08-2007 04:53 PM

We went out today, super day, good S/SW wind. Saw GL, who was heading to Breakwaters, and Todd and Tom, not sure where they were heading. We're going back out tomorrow, we have a few pics from today we will post later.

Looks like fun Peter... Dawn looks great.

Whats the temp of the Lake? Did anyone go in Peter?

Had lunch in VT today, was hoping some hot water rodder would buzz the ferry when I was on... :(

Neil, the temp was around 59 according to channel 3 and NOAA. Wanted to scrub the waterline, but the water felt colder than hell. We're gonna try tomorrow, give me a ring if you can make the time
