i know a new hull deck and interior insert is gonna be quite a bit more expensive , i would guess between 12-20 grand depending on what it is , but thats just an assumption

I think it would be a lot cheaper to fix it then to go with a bare hull and start all over. The consensus on restoration I have see on OSO is that you are better off (cheaper) buying a nice boat upfront rather than to do a project yourself.

Another FYI - when you budget for a project, get everything down cost wise you can - then double it.
