We will do any race, but like to stick with OPA races if we can cause they pay prize money and have no entry fees... and are a lot of fun. There races are on their web site, www.oparacing.org

is this a one-time deal or are you going to continue doing this throughout the racing seasons? What do you need to be able to race for the first time, any licensing or special gear? Or do we just show up with a check and go?

We are always up for discussion, one of our racers is in Vegas for the WSOP so we are trying to keep his points up. We put you through an all day race school and training, and off you go if we all feel comfortable. The boat is very forgiving and allows for this ofcourse. We have had one small accident in 7 years and over 120 racers. And that was at the dock... kinda funny really. Probally going 4 miles per hour - figures.
If you don't have someone to race with, we can also provide an experienced throttleman as well.

[QUOTE=marylandmark;2161708]I have to say I think that has to be a good deal!

Promise you cannot run a competitive boat in any class for that, we provide the service because we love racing and have the boats. We started with dreams of it being profitable, but those were long gone when we pulled in over $350k many years ago and were still in the red.
