I've been waiting for Tom Abrams and Reliable Carriers to come back to Offshore Powerboat Racing for years now. One of the top racers, Race Teams and attractions no matter where they go and Tom Abrams is one of the super nice guys of Offshore Powerboat Racing towards the fans of the sport along with his good friend Tony Marcantonio of JD BYRIDER. Great news and can't wait till 2012, Merry Christmas!

Everytime I see a Reliable Carriers Truck on the road, The first thing I think of is the MTI "Reliable Boat" lol

I dont think Tom is coming back. Those posts arte from 2007. Am I missing something?

I am taking Tony's word for it as his post was just today.

Perhaps...I kind of read into it as Tony stumbled on this thread not realizing its from 2007. Maybe he did speak to Tom. Hope he does come back.

We can only hope he is in a position now to come back...

I know that this question could be answered by the man himself, Tom Abrams (46tomcat). Tom is it true that you are coming back to race in 2012?

Wow. I think somebody either missed something here or is just trying to stir the pot. The first 15 posts stem from a question back in 2007 wondering if tom is racing that year. How did it get revived 4 1/2 years later?

It would be tough to have the boat just sitting collecting dust all this time. Hopefully Tom will consiter coming back but I was told he is done.
