Keith if I am not mistaken the reason you can't send or receive a PM is because you are a resgistered member which I believe still means a non paying member. Non paying members have limited access to all the bells and whistles OSO has to offer, which includes the Private Messaging feature.

Being in the boat bs. you should contact the admin and buy a VIP or whatever they are calling the top of the line membership. This way you can use all the forums and see the "claymates"
