These are brand new motors! But it would not be the first time I had a bad sensor/controller right out of the box. I'll have my mechanic put his DDT on em.

Either you or your mechanic can pull the IAC and clean it with some carb and choke cleaner. They build up with carbon and stick. This is something that you can easily do yourself.
