Puder vs. Dreamer - SMACKDOWN IN CLEVELAND!!!!!!!
 

OSO Member dreamer is going down HARDCORE this weekend. For those of you who don't know i race formula 2000 cars, and this weekend I'll be running with Champ Car at Burke Lakefront Aiport in Cleveland. OSO's own "dreamer" rented a ride for the weekend from one of the teams i regulary race against!!!!!!!!!!!

Dreamer is going down and it's gona be ugly!!!!!!!!! Stay tuned for updates and pics!!!!!!!!!! His car is gonna look like a damn yard sale on the side of the track after i'm done with him!!!!!!!! :P

I found it out while racing in ICA karts when I passed one driving over him on a backstraight...
* no it wasn´t an accident.. I did it on purpose and he surely stopped cutting me while my front sponson hit the back of his head @ 50+mph, but I was a DNFér.

Those old Formula1 Williams Honda-Turbos were never that strong or wound up that high...and they don´t fit the 2liter rule either ;-)
F2000=> Formula 3.

Ps those got only 4 victories...2 with a Flying Finn and two with Nigel Mansell, they finished hardly ever...

this was my first time in a pro race or car in 6 years

Dreamer I did not know you raced these cars...awesome. How did you guys get into doing this? I just read an article in Racer magazine about how expensive F2 and F3 are. If you don't mind me asking are these your cars and equipment? Also are the trany's manual stick or paddle sequential shift?

these are the poormans version of f3.... tube frame... not monocoque... manual no sequential...

in racing thing get out of hand and expensive fast... this series doesnt allow it... we got 1 set of tires for both qualifiers and races!!!!

theyre winged 20 liter formula fords... 140 mph... 150-60hp... 1200 lbs with driver

we lapped cleveland in 1:17... indy cars go in just under a minute

It was an awesome day, and to think you guys could have been on the water instead of the asphalt, to each their own :D Well it looked like you had fun anyway:D

ok so ted WHOOPED my ass!!!!!!!! I'll gladly lay down the gauntlet and talk some smack BUT if i loose i'll glaldy own up to it! In this case i'll own up!

Perhaps my sponsor kept my mind a lil pre-occupied all weekend (see attached)

Ted ran DAMN well all weekend.

Aside from that he's a hell of a nice guy and owns a GREAT resturant in the heart of cleveland. We showed up with a group of 25 or so dirty stinkin racers fresh from the track last night and the service was still spot on the food was great. I'd recommend if anyone is in cleveland they stop by and have dinner at Metropolital. Cool bar, great atmosphere (until all us racers showed up), great food, and the place was crawling with gorgeous women!!!!!

Thanks again ted and it was fun runnign with you I only wish i was running a little better so we coudl have had a decent dice and fought it out for real! Maybe we'll have to try again at Mid-O in a few weeks!
