Trying to get some information about this area. Specifically, somewhere to store trailer and any information about ramps.

Try Seasport Marina (right at inlet). They can shoot you in the right direction. The boat ramp closest to the inlet is Burt Reynolds park and you could walk to Seasport from there. The boat ramp is ok for overnight stays but I wouldn't stretch it past a night or two.
Check around Riviera Beach (Loggerhead Marina), it is right at the Lake Worth inlet which is 12 miles south of Jupiter but a more industrial area. Good part is more storage area but downside is it is a rough area.
