Picture Resize -Vista
#2
Did you get a photo suite software with your digital camera? I haven't really played with Vista however, I'm pretty sure the concept is the same way as the previous versions of Microsoft Paint.
Open Paint by clicking the Start button, click All Programs, Accessories, and then click Paint.
Resizing images - On the toolbar menu, click image and click stretch/skew and just type in a horizontal and vertical percent number.

XP had a powertoy for resizing pictures. It was removed in Vista. The free replacement is VSO Image Resizer. It works much the same. Right click on the picture or a list of selected pictures and then slect the size you want. It works very well and the price is right.
