Default Heading to Lake Winni

The wife and I are heading up to Maine to see my parents we thought we would cut through N.H. to the lake, we have not been there in a long time. We have some more vacation time in Aug. looking for a place to stay for just a couple of nights in the middle of the week. I have looked at Naswa seems to be nice and on the water with docks. Is there any other place we should check out we have two kids so something reasonable.

Any suggestions would be great

Lake Winni. is a great spot.

Don't go to fast, don't make any noise, re-cycle, bow in respect to blow-boaters and save a spotted owl... and once all this is done live free or die.

The place is a lil dated & worn. But it works for a couple of nites. Centrally located near N.A.S.W.A.
Ramp & Docks onsite. Which is huge for me.
I think there was no chg. for the docks also. But i'd double ck.

Actually, i retract my suggestion. The owner supports the speed limit. Check out Christmas Island instead. Or the Margate...

On the other side of the lake, you could try Wolfeboro.

Thanks, for all the suggestions. The wife and I went up to the lake last monday an had lunch at Naswa and looked around and made reservations in Aug.7,8,9 mid week.

Any nice places to set ancor in nice sand or meet up with any other OSO`ers would be great.

Thanks
mark
