how is that thing sitting on the trailer? does it support the hulls or the deck?

I bet that thing is fun to put on the trailer by yourself.
At night.
When it's windy.
And a 7 knot current.
With a sunburn.
And the wife and kids in the truck.
And.....oh you get the idea.

Dude, I'm far from buying anything like that! Just thought it was a cool project when I saw it a couple of years ago and wanted to know what the update was on it. Sounds like it's just rotting. Too bad, could've been cool on the water!

Beautiful boat. Unless they get the bare aluminim painted with the green antioxidizing paint (the same they use on aircraft) it won't be worth the tires on the trialer.

Sits on the splash guards or inner sponson. Most cats sit like that on their trailers if they are fitted correctly.
