It is getting very close, I rember when I joined I think it was around 17K. I think this is a great website to meet friends and swap stories and ideas. Thanks Steve and your staff for everything you do.

I was number 49. Its a lot more interesting now.

I think I lurked for 2-3 yrs before I got the membership.
And then probably another year before I really started posting anything.
There were some funny things back in the day - and if you remember the old format, you've been around for awhile, or the jokes about the 800 block of Duvall
It's a great site, and keeps getting better

I too lurked for a while , then joined. I think I'm like #800 + -

back then it took 2-3 days for a new post to hit the next page,
I think now it takes about 5 hours.

Let's see now. 50,000 members paying $x per year.....good business. Wish I had thought of it first.
