Brad you are not serious with that last post are you?
If Jim wanted to put the throttles down, you wouldn't have seen him for the rest of the day. I was in the 368 behind him and don't recall seeing you anywhere in sight in the morning. Bruce (in the other 368) was not running too hard, morning or afternoon.
I am a HUGE Randy Scism and MTI fan, and I am also a Peter/Skater fan.
The 44's didn't want to tear up equipment, but in that water they wouldn't catch Jim if they tried, but I guess you could have. Jim's boat weighs half again what the 44's do.
As for the Fountain comment, we saw what happened to Micosukkee(sp?) after the run. About the same thing that happened to cat killer after Sarasota. Both boats are layed up for speed, not rough water.
If you want to stand around and have "bar boat talk" that's great, it should have been done while we were there at the bar where it belongs. Don't pull this I could have kicked Freedom's a$$ two weeks later.

Great question. I have never ran in that type of water and since that was my first run I was a little cautious. Hey I admit it. And in the morning I believe we were third to the first card stop and the second. Hats off to Jim and Brandon for busting balls. All of our (E Dock) boats started toward the back. No excuses but the fact is the boat could handle more than me that day. I'm just trying to catch up with the technology (no pun intended). Scott
