Seems to be a nice area. I picked up a boat in Mooresville NC 2 weeks ago. Houses and taxes seemed real resonable. Atleast compared to New Jersey.

definetly the case, i sold my 1100 sf house in boston for what i paid for this one and the taxes are half!!!
