Glad to see your getting back on the water, I also just got some issues figured out afte a 3 year rest on the Pantera, will be back on the water in the next few weeks, of course I dont have that summe rending problem.

I wish I could remedy that, but the boat is a family boat, and I just got hitched. No room for property ventures yet!!
