Anyone considering an investment in property, now is the time in S. Fla. Only so much waterfront out there, and it's rock bottom now. Florida just voted in a tax cut, with another up for vote in January. Also, with 52 million(more or less) baby boomers set to retire before 2012, they gotta go somewhere. No bridge, one bridge, two bridges to the ocean gives a wide open price range.
Just call or PM if I can help. I just grabbed a piece myself and am gonna try to get Paul to have his housewarming the same weekend as I do.
