What to expect???

Default What to expect???

What kind of speed do you HP boat gurus think a 28' Pantera sport with a 720HP blower motor would get? The owner says 80mph but I think it would be more, right?

I would think it would go faster then that. Maybe mid to hight 80's. What kind of drive does she have???

80 is about right for a full pleasure version, maybe a couple mph more. It also depends on which 28 you are talking about.

Which one are you looking at???????

I am looking at a '93 28' sport w/ an XZ drive. I don't want to give out to much for fear of being hijacked. I have seen it on here before. My guess was at least 85mph.....

Lots of info on it in the Pantera section if its the one I think it is. Everyone who has looked at it has passed and its been for sale for quite a while.

Some guy around here has 650 HP in his and it runs 80 light on fuel and people.

Sounds pretty close. This is our best light on fuel was an understatement. Running 650 +/- hp.
