Yes, take it back to Phil at Lip-Ship, I'm sure he'd like to see & work on the boat again. Of course this would have to be after you worked out the issues with the money you still owe him.

Is this the same German individual that bought the boat in 02 from Phil?

I do believe so...And still owes money through the deal. This is the second thread on this topic and I originally thought it odd that he wouldn't call Phil and have him deal with shipping, storing, and the repairs that need to be done. Especially since Phils is so familiar with this boat. But seeing as how there is money still owed it is apparent why he doesn't call him.
