Post Who got the deal on the Scarab ?

Just missed a deal . It's old but hell ,for the price . It was a 1982 38' scarab it said it has blower motors .Didn't give much detail but it seams like it floats and drives for $18,000 !!!
I called and the guy said it was gone for the first $16,000 !! Who's boat was it or who bought it ! I'm jelous !

Don't feel too bad, sounds like slug and a gas hawg to me, you could easily spend twice that keeping it running this summner depending on who did the engines....

Hey man, its not all about the engines... or the length...

My Scar looks great... Not a scratch on it.
NICE GPS and KICKIN STEREO.

Not to mention, I dive off it almost every weekend.

So you can all bite me.

p.s. Ive have NEVER been TOWED yet. Thank god for two engines.

I was once towed by a Bayliner I think that was the worst day of my life. Worst of all the guy turned back to me and said " Never thought you'd get tower by a Bayliner did ya? "
