KC Area Hooter meeting
 

Brad aka Funhome emailed me today and we thought it may be time for another Hooters meeting. Anyone up for it in the next month.

I'm in!! How about towards the end of the month (feb.) after everyone get's back from Miami. So they can bring Pic.'s for us all to see!! :eek:

P.S. We were thinking of making a roadtrip to St.Louis for the boatshow there. Anyone else here from KC wanna make the trip? It's in the middle of Feb. I know Gordo is also planning on going. Anybody else?

Hell I have taken off to Florida for a trip at a moments notice
I only missed the last KC meet due to some drunk that hit my car while I was in Lincoln
It is only 7 hours from here
drive down stay fri sat leisure drive home sunday :)

Hey Rich, were you still wanting to get a party together the weekend of the boatshow? Does Friday night February 8th @ the Hooter's on Metcalf sound like a plan?

8pm sounds good. I may hit the show after work since I don't think it will take long to check out the boats.

OK then...Friday, February 8th @ 8pm. Hooter's on Metcalf. I will make another post to the OSO gathering section also.

Is friday enough time for people to travel from far away to make it? MNFASTBOAT mentioned he might show up, but it's like a 7 hour drive for him!

Amy The Overland Park boat show is the 27 of Feb. I don't know how we came up with the 8th.

We will be skiing in Tahoe the weekend of the 8th. Any chance it could happen later in the month? Maybe around the OP Boat show? That would also let the lucky Miami Boat show people show us all the pictures of the good stuff.

If we want to move the date back, that's fine with us. Don't know how we came up with the 8th for the boat show date.....another blonde moment, i guess :rolleyes: :D

So what do you guys think? Keep the 8th or move it back to the O.P. boat show dates. That would be Friday, March 1 or Sat, March 2nd. According to my calendar, but someone else better double check me. ;) :D

I'm on duty Saturday March the 2nd, but good to go with Friday the first if that works.

Friday works for me. Just sitting here waiting for them to close the school so I can go home for a day or two I hope.

yes it is a 7 hr drive
and no I would not be able to make the 8th of feb my weekend to work
however the 1st of march can work if I know for sure. It is my weekend off my fultime job and I can tell the parttime one I have to have it off.
