Default Jacksonville Boat Storage...Anyone know a place?

Just moved here and I am bringing the cat down the first week in October. I am in the fleming island/orange park area and need somewhere to keep the boat. I've always kept it at my place of business, but there is not enough room down here at our new facility. I need to be able to work on it when I need to, and have flush water available after runs. Anyone know any places to keep it? I saw some boat storage places but they did not look very safe. Maybe a decent Marina Yard? I will always be keeping it on the trailer. Any suggestions would be great.

What about here....just up 17 for you....

There is also a storage facility just south of the Black Creek ramp on the right side of the road on 17. Lots of boats on trailers in there.

That about it that I can think of on that side of the river and in your immeadiate area.

It doesn't look like there is much room at doctors lake Marina, but I'll give it a shot. I didn't see the other one, I'll check that out too. Thanks.

Only other places in Jax I can think of are mostly rack storage or wet slips.
